Our presence

Avestus Capital Partners is located in four offices, from which we currently manage a substantial portfolio of real estate assets spread across fifteen countries. Our investors are based predominantly in Europe, the US and the Middle East and comprise financial institutions, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, private family offices and high net worth private clients.  

Our focus

Europe is our target market and in particular the developed economies of the UK and Western Europe together with the growing economies of Central Europe. From a sectoral perspective, our team has developed an unrivalled expertise in Retail, Office, Hotels and Development having successfully executed over 130 significant transactions across all categories over the past 20 years.

Our approach

Our investment approach is rooted in a deep understanding of real estate fundamentals at a pan-European level coupled with an intimate knowledge of demand and supply dynamics at a regional and local level. The asset management process we pursue, which actively focuses on value creation within a robust risk management framework, is very hands-on and we remain intimately involved in the delivery of specific business plans throughout the entirety of each investment's lifecycle.
