The Belvoir residential site, which had a lapsed planning permission for 38 apartments, was acquired from a distressed debt fund in 2017. Avestus secured a planning permission for 55 apartments in early 2018 before tendering for a main contractor and commencing on site.

The site is located in an established and sought-after residential area close to Sandyford Business District and the Luas tram-line. The scheme is expected to be completed in H1 2020 and will appeal to a variety of prospective purchasers.
