Forum Gliwice, located in the southern Polish city of Gliwice, comprises a 43,000 sqm retail shopping centre with 132 retail and leisure units over two levels. The shopping centre completed on time and opened in June 2007 and was 100% leased to leading international and national retailers. The scheme was developed in conjunction with our joint venture partner, Borgestad, and subsequently sold to a German open ended fund in September 2007.
