South City is a major multi-phased mixed use scheme on a prime 37 hectare site located to the southern edge of Bratislava. The master planned development scheme will comprise a new shopping centre, offices, residential units and a hotel and is expected to be serviced by a new high speed tram link which will connect the development directly to the city centre.
