The properties consist of 54,000 sqft of office accommodation and 2,400 sqft of retail space. The attractive tenant mix, which includes Regus, SMT Fund Services and Inditex, provides strong rental income while some vacancy and potential for additional development provide asset management opportunities. The property represents the latest acquisition of a joint venture investment programme with Ares following the acquisition of five high quality Dublin office properties over the previous 18 months.
