March 29th, 2010 - Launch of Avestus Capital Partners
Avestus Capital Partners, a new real estate management business which has been established by Olan Cremin, Thomas Dowd, Peter Donnelly and Mark O’Donnell in conjunction with an existing team of senior executives, was formally launched today.

Avestus Capital Partners will provide real estate investment and asset management services to institutional and private investors and will initially manage a substantial portfolio of European-based real estate assets spread across 15 countries.

The Avestus Capital Partners team has extensive real estate experience and expertise having been involved in executing more than 130 real estate transactions and managing property assets over a 20 year period.  The firm has a presence on the ground in four countries spanning Europe.

Avestus Capital Partners will seek to take advantage of opportunities in European property markets following the recent downturn and plans to raise capital from international institutional and professional investors in Europe, the US and the Middle East.
