Palac Flora is located in the Vinohrade district of Prague, one of the city's most affluent districts. The property comprises 20,000 sqm of retail and leisure space over four levels, and 17,000 sqm of office space over six levels in three tower buildings. Retail tenants include Aholt Supermarket, Cinema City, Mango, McDonalds, Mexx, Echo and Puma. The principal office tenants are ExxonMobil, Danone, Opavia and British American Tobacco.  The centre was sold in 2011.
