Roger has 23 years of European real estate experience and is responsible for all development activities in Central & Eastern Europe as CEO of Avestus Real Estate. Roger is based in Prague and oversees the continued development of Avestus’ broad portfolio of residential, office, retail & mixed use properties across the CEE region.

Roger previously held senior management (Managing Director and CEO) positions at leading real estate entities in the UK and Central Europe including Gleeson Homes and Chelverton International.

Roger is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
