Avestus Capital Partners acquired this large scale apartment site as part of a receivership sale process. The site is located in Sandyford, an affluent area of Dublin undergoing significant regeneration and investment. Sandyford Business District is Dublin’s largest suburban office park and is home to many high-profile multinational technology, pharmaceutical and financial service companies.
While the site was acquired with planning for a large-scale apartment scheme of 459 units, the scheme offers further significant potential in light of recent changes in Irish planning laws. The scheme will, in particular, be very attractive to build-to-rent investors given the strong employment, connectivity and amenity offerings in the immediate vicinity.
