South City represents a truly unique opportunity to develop a master-planned 32 hectare green-field site in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia and one of Europe’s fastest growing economies. Potentially comprising of more than 4,000 residential units and over 500,000 square metres of commercial space, the South City lands will be transformed into a major town centre on completion. Only 5 kilometres south of the city centre, the location of the site is considered to be of significant strategic importance, given limited capacity to replicate a development of this scale within the boundary of the city environs. Existing public rail and road transport services are considered to be of an excellent standard and will be significantly enhanced by the development of a tram-line which will connect South City directly to the heart of the city-centre within a 10 minute timeframe. The project will be delivered over multiple phases in joint venture with a leading local development partner, who has significant residential development experience in the city.
