Avestus Capital Partners is pleased to report that the National Transport Authority (“NTA”), an existing tenant on the first floor of Block 5, Harcourt Centre, has signed a new lease for 3,668 square foot of additional space on the fourth floor. This additional space supplements their existing occupation within the building which now stands at 9,319 square foot. The NTA is a government agency responsible for the provision of public transport services.
